Regional Controller

The Regional Financial Controller will be responsible for maintaining financial controls, financial records and supporting the regional operational teams.  This includes responsibility for client and vendor issue resolution, inventory controls, financial analysis, budgeting, maximizing profitability and financial compliance.  The position involves managing a staff of 4-5 analysts, developing and enforcing controls around key financial activities, reviewing project margins, communicating results with the leadership, developing operational budgets and forecasts.

 ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Primary Responsibilities

 Manage financial integrity of high volume of ongoing projects

Manage a staff of 4-5 managers and analysts

Oversee and coordinate the triggering and receiving activities between project managers and Finance.

Coordinate with various Headquarter functions such as A/P, A/R, & Project Setup.

Provide controllership around material purchases andPOissuances.

Oversee and supervise quarterly physical inventory audits.

Lead regularly scheduled financial and operational reviews with Senior Management.

Review and provide analysis of monthly operating expenses for the leadership.

Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for management.

Monitor and assist in enforcing internal controls in field operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent computer skills

Excellent communication skills

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major

MBA/CPA Preferred
